Maxi Care is our leave-in spray conditioner and detangler — the one I reach for between baths when a coat needs a quick refresh, or when there's a mat that needs to come out without a fight. It's lightweight, so it won't weigh down a show coat, and it's non-greasy enough to use daily without buildup.

What makes it different from a rinse-out conditioner is that you spray it directly into the coat and back-brush, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to build undercoat and fullness before a show, or just keeping a working coat from drying out and tangling between baths. As a detangler, it smooths the hair shaft and loosens knots before you brush, so you're working a mat out instead of pulling it out.

I recommend it most for long, double, or silky coats that dry out or tangle easily, but it works across coat types as a daily maintenance spray. It's made here in the USA to the same standard as the rest of the Cindra line.

Ingredients and Directions

Purified Water, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Stearamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Glycerin, Almond Oil, Dimethicone, Decyl Polyglucoside, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Chloride, Rice Bran Oil, Vitamin E (Tocopheryl Acetate), Phenoxyethanol, Fragrance, Caprylyl Glycol, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid.

Directions: Ready to use. Shake well. To build undercoat, spray into undercoat or next to skin and back brush for fullness. Use 3–4 times a week.

For day of show or day-to-day leave-in: spray in and back brush. To detangle or ease dematting, spray directly onto the mat, work in with fingers, then brush through gently.
